Grievance Cell of IRDAI

In case you are not satisfied with the response or do not receive a response from us within 15 days, you may approach the Grievance Cell of the IRDAI through any of the following modes

  • Calling Toll Free Number 155255/ 1800 425 4732 (i.e. IRDAI Greivance Call Centre)
  • Sending an email to  complaints[at]irda[dot]gov[dot]in
  • Register the complaint online at
