Touch Points

For any policy related grievance, you may approach us at any of the touch points given below:

  • Contact our Grievance Redressal Officers at the Branch, in person, on any day with prior appointment or just walk in on any Monday (except holidays) between 2.30pm to 4.30 pm without prior appointment. You may also contact the GROs over phone. Click here  (919 KB) for details of Branch GROs.
  • Contact our nearest Customer Zones at any time between 8 am to 8 pm on Monday to Friday and 10 am to 6 pm on Saturday. Click here to know more about our customer zones.
  • SMS "LICHELP <policy number>" to 9222492224 or 56767877. You will receive a call from our Customer Zone Executive.
  • Register your grievance online through our user friendly complaint management system- 'Integrated Complaints Management System (ICMS) and track the progress online.Click here for 'How to register complaint'
